Renewals and new memberships are done online through our website. It won’t take but a few minutes of your time to renew or join!

Membership and Local Alumni Association Forms

The Jackson State Area Alumni Association, a newly forming Local Alumni Association, is in its beginning stages of approval with the KKPsiAA. This is a regional LAA, looking to recruit members who reside in the Jackson, MS area. The goal of the JSAAA is to form a centralized location for alumni members to collectively assist local college and university bands.

The National Board of Trustees is seeking alumni to serve on the Kappa Kappa Psi Alumni Association Board of Directors (AABOD). The Kappa Kappa Psi Alumni Association Board of Directors is responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating the various facets and initiatives of Kappa Kappa Psi’s alumni program and for driving a strategic vision of alumni involvement in the Fraternity at the national level. Any alumnus who has a keen interest in and commitment to KKPsi and its alumni program should provide a one-page letter and resume by 25 March 2017 (email/postmark deadline) highlighting her/his qualifications and ideas. Applications should address the following:

• the professional skills, talents and expertise of the applicant;
• suggestions for programs or programming for alumni;
• ideas and thoughts relating to a strategic vision for KKPsi’s alumni program.

There are a finite number of positions, but letters from everyone interested in this opportunity to serve are welcomed. If you are not an alumnus of KKPsi, but know of an alumnus who would be an asset to our Alumni Association Board of Directors, please encourage her or him to submit a letter. We are also interested in your nominations, and are happy to encourage all who are nominated to formally apply.

As brothers of Kappa Kappa Psi, we have had the unique fortune to share our lives with some amazing people in our fraternity. As alumni, life, and honorary brothers, we often find ourselves reminiscing about the music we performed, the service we completed, and the brotherhood we built with other members of Kappa Kappa Psi. The passing of any one of our brothers affects us long after we have left our respective colleges and universities, and the Kappa Kappa Psi Alumni Association can serve as a community of support for brothers dealing with such loss. To that end, we have developed a form on the Kappa Kappa Psi Alumni Association website through which any individual can share information regarding a brother’s passing. We will provide periodic updates on our website based on this information so that all members of Kappa Kappa Psi can commemorate the lives of our past brothers.

The KKPsiAA is pleased to announce that the Alpha Omega Alumni Association has become an official Local Alumni Association. This is our 55th LAA, and our 13th approved in the 2015-17 biennium. We are pleased to have them join our ranks!
